Developed in partnership with Novus Institute, the Dental Practice Acquisition Diploma is a recognised nine-month programme designed to bridge the gap between being a great clinician and becoming a confident practice owner.
Delivered through monthly face-to-face sessions in London, the Diploma covers every aspect of the buying journey, including financial planning, funding, valuations, due diligence, negotiations, practice transfers, leadership and the first 100 days of ownership. Participants will also benefit from expert mentoring throughout the programme and continued support for up to two years after completing the Diploma.
Led by Dr Raj Rattan MBE and supported by an experienced faculty including Andy Acton, Chris Strevens, Davesh Patel and Victor Gehani, the programme combines real-world expertise with practical learning to prepare dentists for one of the biggest decisions of their careers.
