Selling my practice through FTA, I found the team to be exceptionally professional. Not only did FTA find me the right price, but also the right buyer. Georgia, Lis and the team provided an excellent service and were extremely informative. Thank you for your work!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone at FTA! They are a foundation of the whole industry and are always there to help in any situation. Genuinely amazing people - we are lucky to have them!
Andy, Chris, Ollie and the wider FTA team have been absolutely fantastic to work with. Always prepared, highly knowledgeable, and focused on doing the right thing rather than just pushing a deal through. They genuinely care and have consistently gone above and beyond for us. If you’re considering buying or selling a dental clinic, these are the people you want on your side. Highly recommend.
We bought our first practice a couple of years ago and have been working hard to develop and grow it.I reached out to Andy for a chat about reviewing our progress and planning forward with a current valuation. Andy was so easy to talk to and clearly very knowledgable. We’re looking forward to working closely with Frank Taylor to help guide our growth and direction.Whether you’re thinking of selling, planning an exit strategy or interested in reviewing where you’re at with your practice, reach out to Frank Taylor. I highly recommend Andy!
Had a really helpful introductory conversation with Andy. Clear, honest perspective on how banks and buyers view dental practices, especially from a first time buyer standpoint. Appreciated the transparency and lack of pressure.
The very capable and efficient team at Frank Taylor & Associates helped me to sell my dental practice with the minimum hassle or delay. The whole process was very clearly explained right from the start and a prospectus produced and advertised in no time at all. Interested parties were vetted to avoid time wasting and full support was provided once we received an offer. Throughout the process communications were clear and there was always somebody to provided advice. The sales process took as long as expected and the level of support was of the same standard all the way to completion. I'm very glad that I chose FT to sell my business and I can honestly recommend their services to any of my colleagues.
Great day spent with FTA in Birmingham at their 'buying a dental practice' course. Very useful and informative. Looking forward to the journey ahead! Many thanks, Dr Imran Kassam
My experience with FTA and Andy has been nothing short of exceptional. Over ten years ago, they guided and supported me through the purchase of my first practice, and since then, our relationship has remained consistently strong and positive. Most recently, FTA have been instrumental in supporting me through the sale of my practice, providing expert guidance at every stage of the process. Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication have been invaluable. I would wholeheartedly recommend FTA to any colleagues or friends looking to purchase, expand their portfolio, or sell their business with confidence and a clear, well-structured plan.
Andy Acton (and his lovely team) have helped me through several aspects of my dental portfolio, including practice acquisition, finance and more. I have known Andy for several years now and so, I am confident to say that his advice is comparable to non-other. Thank you Kristi, Georgie, Chloe, Liz and the rest of the team! Strongly recommend FTA without a shadow of a doubt.
I had a very good experience with Emmma (Mumby) who carried the valuation process of the clinic. She was kind, attentive, competent, helpful, and insightful throughout. I’m very satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend the company for this process.
Newcastle University School of Dental Sciences had the pleasure of hosting Mr Andy Acton for the evening. The aim, to discuss all things practice ownership and the business of dentistry. Something not covered by the dental curriculum but vital to development after graduating. Andy was generous with his time and his knowledge and so many have benefitted from it. Thank you Andy.
Thank you for helping me sell my practice, you supported me through out my whole journey and helped me tackle any problems on the way. I was delighted that I received my asking price with your help. I would 100% recommend you to others who are thinking of selling your practice.
Absolute wealth of knowledge, they are market leaders in this for a reason! Andy is great at breaking down everything into easy to digest points, helping to navigate the minefield of buying/selling dental practices that exists today. Thanks again and looking forward to working with you again in the near future - Nav
FTA give a truly excellent service. Great to deal with and they keep you updated regularly. From the initial meeting with Henry for a valuation you then have your own sales manager for day to day contact. Georgia was a great manager and found us a buyer very quickly. Totally recommend.
Frank Taylor did a great job marketing my practice, finding several suitable buyers and allowing me to complete within 12 months for asking price. Friendly and helpful team with excellent communications. Can recommend.
The whole team have held my hand thru a some twists and turns and have been very professional. Big thanks to Georgia who has been tentative and very sensitive to my situation as the vendor. TY
A wonderful experience.I found the team to be very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Georgia especially was exceptionally proactive and generous with her time and service. I would highly recommend FTA.
My experience with the team at Frank Taylor & Associates has been really great thus far. Andy and Chris, in particular, are very responsive and always available to answer any questions.
This a wonderful course for someone who are looking to buy a practice and lacking motivation and confidence due to lot of confusions.I would recommend this anyone.
Having attended a few seminars organised by Frank Taylor & Associates in the past, I enrolled onto the Leadership Lessons lecture by Chris Barrow recently, wanting to learn about a topic not readily covered via online seminars or by other providers. I wasn't disappointed as I was educated, inspired and entertained in equal measure. I'm appreciative that FT&A arranged this event and opened it up to all. Much obliged and keep up the great work.
The team at Frank Taylor and associates have been extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping me in relation to the sale of my dental practice.I have no hesitation in recommending them highly.
Typical Chris Barrow - a privileged, priceless hour of humility, insights, lessons learned and generous sharing of experiences gained. May his Tribe always increase!
Georgia Ridgewell-May at Frank Taylor & Associates has been instrumental in our search for the right dental practice. Though my business partner and I haven't made a purchase yet, Georgia's guidance through the complex market has been invaluable. Her quick, thoughtful responses and her knack for making herself easily accessible have significantly eased our journey. Her dedication and ability to understand our unique needs stand out, making our decision-making process smoother and more informed. Georgia's professionalism and genuine care for her clients shine through, making her an exceptional asset to anyone navigating the dental practice landscape. Thanks Georgia!
I’ve been a member of FTA for a few years and the advice Andy and his team have provided have been invaluable. Andy goes out of his way in his personal time to help you if you need any help and we’ve also had a fantastic help from David Brewer when we were purchasing our first practice. The added bonus is that Andy’s podcast provide an excellent insight into all things to do with the dental profession and more.
We have come to know Andy and Chris and the team at FTA due to our mutual interest in supporting people to find, develop and create their dream practices. Their passion for what they do was clear from the start and its always a pleasure when our paths cross and we can support each other. True professionals who really know their stuff.
Couldn’t recommend FTA more highly. Their professionalism and broad range of services offered are second to none. Personally I have been dealing with David Grainger and his team who have gone above and beyond in helping both secure finance and signpost necessary services throughout the practice purchase. The support and advice offered throughout are incredible. Would rate six stars if I could.
Frank Taylor & Associates were great at helping value the business, finding lots of buyers, organising the viewings, gathering feedback, and helping with the offer process. From Emma who dealt with the valuation, to Kristi, Georgia and Lauren who led the viewing process, and Lis who oversaw everything and remained in touch with all sides throughout. A well joined up team with great communication and seller empathy.
Great experience having 1 to 1 consultations with Chris Strevens who was very well prepared and gave me valuable advice and guidance to start my exciting journey. Thank you, Chris!
Very professional company.Recently bought a practice with FTA. Would definitely recommend the team and look forward to working with you again in the future. Thanks
I have had great customer service and a great experience so far using FTA. I have been working with Georgia Ridgewell-May and she has been very polite, professional and considerate when working with me and dealing with my request.
I am at the early stages of my deveopment with FTA but they have already proven to be extremely helpful and selfless with their advice and knowledge. Thank you Andy! 😊🙏🏽
We have had a few dealings with the various aspects of FTA. We are happy with the professionalism, honesty and integrity. The team are always on hand, and happy to help.Thank you!
Frank Taylor is my first place to go whenever I have an enquiry. It has been in this field for long time and gathered massive knowledge and expertise in dental market.
As a company who performs a very similar service in Canada it is an honour and a privilege to call the team at Frank Taylor and associates colleagues. We have studied companies like this across the globe. Frank Taylor and associates adheres to the highest level of ethics that I can find.
Spoke to Andrew Acton, what a great guy with abundance of knowledge on dental practices buying and selling. Very professional guy and always first to share his knowledge on dental platforms.I wish I met him earlier in our transaction, will look forward to do business in future.
I have had excellent dealings with Frank Taylor and the director Andy Acton. He’s always open to giving advice about how to optimise my practice for future sale. This is where I will be coming when the time comes to sell my practice and in the meantime for my next practice purchase
I spoke with Andy who answered all my questions. He was clear, understanding and helpful in providing me with the information I required as well as informing me about other things to consider.A valuable session! Thank you Andy.
A pleasure to work with, with excellent service and plenty of resources available to help dentists develop their own skills in the business and marketing field!
I stumbled across Andy through a colleague suggesting he would be a great person to answer some of my questions on practice ownership. After answering my first 2 questions, he then arranged a zoom call on the same day and gave me great advice. He booked me in for 30 mins but gave me an hour of his time for no personal gain whatsoever! Absolute fountain of knowledge, definitely a go to within the industry!!!
I asked to setup a one-to-one call with Andy Acton following a Clubhouse chat I was listening to. He was prompt to get that arranged and the conversation we had was incredibly valuable to me as someone in the market to buy a dental practice. He was able to answer all my questions in detail and was very personable. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a dental practice to get in touch with him.
Frank Taylor & Associates helped me purchase my first dental practice. I must say that Andy Acton and the entire team are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and very professional! They offer a first class service and I would not recommend anyone else to buy or sell a dental practice or help broker a practice purchase. They offer a number of services linked to wealth management, media support and legal support.Frank Taylor have been involved within the dental industry for over 20 years. They are experts! They want to form relationships with their clients and I could not speak highly enough of them.
Spoke to Andy who gave some great, honest and very helpful advice about the UK dental market and practice ownership - extremely helpful as a current associate
I reached out to Andy via social media. He responded very quickly and made considerable effort to sort out an initial consult with me which fitted around my unusual schedule. During the meeting he was very empathetic, knowledgeable and understanding of my situation and my business aspirations. He offered great advice and reassurance for how to navigate the daunting next step in my career.
Andy sucha greay guy, very professional , helpful and quick to response for all queries . Highly recommend Andy and FT for thei services. Genuine people to deal with.
Andy is incredibly easy to talk to, friendly and understands every facet of the dental world and beyond. He has helped me a great deal and has made a general road map for me to achieve my goal. His experience and advice has given me a lot of value. Really pleased
This highly professional and experienced organisation were instrumental in making the sale of my practice a success. Of all the valuations I had done they were the ones that correctly assessed and subsequently delivered the best return for my business.During each step there was a personal contact guiding me through the often arduous and convoluted process of selling a practice. Their knowledge of the dental sector was invaluable in getting the process to completion. There were frequent updates and support.which continued well past the phase of finding a buyer and negotiating a price. As one of the largest dental estate agents I felt that my practice was marketed as widely as possible and it was a great comfort to know that I was selling through such a well respected agency.
I found Frank Taylor Associates to be very knowledgeable and helpful, throughout the process of selling my dental practice. There was a lot of work to do to get through the journey, but FTA were always quickly available over the phone and gave me first class support. I would recommend their services to anyone else who is selling their practice.
